On March 7th, 2024, Ontario and Saskatchewan conducted their provincial draws and invited candidates for the PR (Permanent Resident) pathway. Ontario held a healthcare-targeted draw and invited 2,104 immigrants with a CRS score ranging from 352- 421.
Likewise, Saskatchewan invited 35 candidates to apply for the PR. The minimum score of lowest lowest-ranked applicant to apply is 89.
Ontario Draw:
In the Ontario PNP Draw, they issued 2,104 invitations to the candidates who may be eligible for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream. Applicants got a notification only if they had a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 352-421 and work experience in the below-mentioned national occupational classification (NOC) codes.

Saskatchewan Draw:
This Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) draw saw the aspirants invited to apply through two of its immigration streams. Of those invited, 21 may be eligible for the SINP’s Express Entry subclass, and 14 may be qualified for the Occupations In-Demand sub-category. The lowest-scoring candidate from each sub-category had 89 points on Saskatchewan’s Expression of Interest (EOI) ranking system.
