In the new Ontario draw, the province sent out Notifications of Interest (NOI) to 815 applicants in 9 tech sector professions via the express entry human capital priorities stream. Also, this draw was conducted on 10th March 2023.

Ontario issued targeted NOIs to the applicants who may be eligible for Ontario’s express human capital priorities stream.
As well, candidates received the notification if they only have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of 479 to 489 and have work experience in the following TEER (Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities) code:
- TEER 20012 - Computer and information systems managers
- TEER 21211 - Data Scientists
- TEER 21223 - Database analysts and data administrators
- TEER 21230 - Computer systems developers and
- TEER 21231 - Software engineers and designers
- TEER 21232 - Software developers and programmers
- TEER 21233 - Web designers
- TEER 21234 - Web developers and programmers
- TEER 21311 - Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream Eligibility Requirements
- Work experience in federal skilled worker program or Canadian experience class.
- Should have a Canadian degree or its equivalent in another nation.
- Should be able to understand, read, write, or speak in English or French at a CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) level 7 or more than it.
- Must have adequate funds to support yourself or your dependant to settle in Ontario.
- You must have intended to live in Ontario after getting the PR.
- Should have Canadian legal status if applicable.
- Must have a minimum 67 score, if you prefer to be assessed against the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP).
