1. Nova Scotia PNP Experience: Express Entry Eligibility Requirements
– Minimum work experience of one year in Nova Scotia.

– Language skill in English or French: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for skilled work in NOC 0 and A, CLB 5 for NOC B occupations.

2. Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities: Express Entry Eligibility Requirements
The claimants should:
– Get a Nova Scotia PNP’s Letter of Interest within the Express Entry System.
– Meet the least requirements of work experience of the express entry stream that you have eligible.
– Shows sufficient funds to establish yourself and your family well in Nova Scotia and to pay your immigration as well as travel expenses.
– Must have legal status in your present residence country.
– Should meet the eligibility criteria in place at the time when you issued the Letter of Interest.
3. Nova Scotia PNP Labour Market Priorities For Physicians Eligibility Requirements
– Have a Nova Scotia Health Authority or the IWK Health Centre’s permitted job offer from either a Family Physician (NOC 3112) or a Specialist Physician (NOC 3111).
– Decide to live and work in Nova Scotia for at least two years.
– Obtain a Letter of Interest from the NSNP over Express Entry.
– Submit your application within 30 calendar days of the Letter of Interest issue date.
– Meet the least work experience necessities of the Express Entry-linked program for which you are capable.

4. Skilled Worker Applicants Eligibility Requirements

– Least high school qualification.
– Proper training, skills, and/or accreditation, if essential.
– English or French language ability is equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 for skilled workers, and CLB Level 4 for semi-skilled and low-skilled workers.

7. International Graduates in Demand Stream: Necessities
– Nova Scotia company’s Full-time permanent job offer from NOC 3413 or 4214 that links with your current study field.
– Be aged 21 to 55 years old.
– High school qualification.
– Complete a study course within three years of your application minimum of 30 weeks in length with a minimum of 50 percent in Nova Scotia.
– Applicants under NOC 3413: Program must grant a diploma, certificate, or degree.
– Candidates under NOC 4214: Program must grant a certificate or degree.
– NS regulatory bodies issued certifications needed for the occupation.
– Language ability is equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 in French or English.
– Financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia.
– Demonstrate financial incomes to settle in Nova Scotia well.
8. Applicant Requirements Of The Entrepreneur Stream
– Should be aged 21 or above.
– Need to permanently live in Nova Scotia while possessing and dynamically managing a Nova Scotia business.
– The lowest net worth of $600,000.
– The least investment of $150,000 to launch or buy a business in Nova Scotia.
– Least 3 years of experience actively handling and keeping a business (33 percent ownership least) or more than 5 years of experience in a senior business management role.
– Score least of 5 on the Canadian Language Benchmark in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English or French.
9. Applicant Requirements Of The International Graduate Entrepreneur
– Need to permanently live in Nova Scotia while possessing and dynamically managing a Nova Scotia business
– At least one year of constant experience actively handling and owning your current Nova Scotia business (100 percent ownership).
– Have finished a diploma or degree including Nova Scotia university or the Nova Scotia Community College’s at least 2 academic years of full-time, in-person study.
– Valid post-graduation work permit.
– A minimum score of 7 on the Canadian Language Benchmark in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English or French.
