Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited 975 candidates in the latest express entry draw on March 14th, 2024. This is the second draw this week, and it’s the first transport occupation express entry draw of the year 2024. In this category-based draw, ITA (invitations to Apply) are issued to the applicants who all have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 430.
Likewise, IRCC issued 2,850 immigration invitations to the candidates with a CRS score of 525 on 12th March 2024. This CRS is 9 points low when compared to the draw that was held on February 28, 2024, where it invited 1,470 applicants.
In February – 2024, 16,110 people were invited through six express entry draws. 20Initially, on February 1, 7,000 people with the lowest CRS score of 365 were invited. The other express entry draw, which was conducted on February 29, was open to 2,500 candidates who had a least CRS score of 336—the lowest of any draw this year.
Two more category-based draws were held for the remaining four draws. On the draw that was held on February 14th, 3,500 applicants from healthcare professions with the lowest CRS of 422 were invited. As well, the other express entry took place on February 16th 2024, and was open to 150 candidates working in the agricultural and agri-food industries. For this draw, a least score of 437 was mandatory.
Last of all, in February 2024, the IRCC conducted two general Express Entry draws. With the lowest score of 535, the division invited 1,490 applicants on February 13th, 2024, and 1,470 candidates on February 28th, 2024. The CRS score for these applicants was at minimum 534.
