174th Expression Of Interest Draw – Manitoba Issued 566 Letters Of Advice To Apply
On April 6, 2023, the government of Manitoba held an Expression of Interest (EOI) draw. This is the 174th draw of the region and issued 566 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). The candidates from three separate streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) were sent these invites.
The first stream is based on the occupation–specification selection and the skilled workers were invited. 225 invitations were issued to the hopefuls with a minimum score of 615 in this draw. Additionally, based on data released by Statistics Canada, profiles declaring current positions in Manitoba in occupations known to have significant labor requirements were taken into account. Likewise, professions under the below-Mentioned Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities (TEER) were also considered in this provincial draw.

When it comes to the regular Manitoba draw, the province invited 226 applicants under the category of skilled workers in Manitoba. For the IEC, Manitoba issued 61 Letters of Advice to Apply to the candidates who meet the declared international education stream eligibility requirements.
54 Letters of Advice to Apply were sent to profiles that said they had been individually approached by the MPNP under a Targeted Recruiting Initiative and had a minimum score of 708.

157 invitations were sent out of the total 566 Letters of Advice to Apply (LLAs) to candidates who provided a valid Express Entry profile number and applicant verification code. As well, the MPNP is separated into numerous streams that have their eligibility limitations and application procedure.
Candidates nominated by Manitoba for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) via the MPNP will get priority from the IRCC (Best immigration consultants , Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) to obtain the PR.
Alberta Provides A Pathway To The Candidates By Issuing 150 Invitations In The New Express Entry Draw
Alberta has held a new draw and issued 150 invitations via express entry linked Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). This draw was held on 30 March 2023 needed a minimum score of 372, and saw 150 applicants were invited.
The previous draw that was conducted on 9th March 2023 required a minimum score of 301 and issued 134 invitations.
Claimants showed their interest in moving permanently to Alberta, are working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s financial growth and variation, and have family bonds to the province are significant requirements for this stream.

Moreover, for 2023, Alberta has 9,750 provincial nominations allocation, which is up from 6,500 in 2022.
At present, Alberta has pending 1,370 applications under the Alberta Opportunity Stream and 450 applications pending under the Alberta Express Entry Stream.

Key Eligibility Requirements For The Alberta Express Entry Draw
To be qualified to get the notification of interest (NOI), the aspirants have to fulfil the following eligibility requirements.
- Should have an active Express Entry profile.
- Must have shown an interest in permanently settling in Alberta.
- should be engaged in activity that promotes the expansion and diversity of Alberta’s economy.
- Have the lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 300 points.

Ontario Spark Possibilities For International Graduates By Issuing 883 Immigration Invitations
Recently, Ontario has held two new Expression of Interest (EOI) and invited 883 Canada immigration candidates. These invitations were issued via the Master’ Graduate and Ph.D. Graduate streams of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.
This draw was held on 4th April 2023, and 752 candidates with a score of 52 or above were invited to the Master’s Graduate stream.
In a separate draw, 131 applicants with a score of 48 and above under the Ph.D. Graduate streams were invited. For both draws, aspirants should have submitted their profiles within the last 1 year.
