Recently, Canada held three different draws that signify the country’s priority to accomplish the Immigration level plan 2023 – 2025.
IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) conducted its 288 – express entry draw. It’s a general Canada immigration draw and issued 2,850 invitations to the candidates with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 525.
Furthermore, this draw was held on 12th March 2024 at 15:58:07 UTC. If more than one applicant has the lowest score, the cut-off is depending on their Express Entry profile submission date and time. As well, the ITA (invitations to apply) issued to applicants from the following programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program
- Canadian Experience Class
- Federal Skilled Trades Program
- Provincial Nominee Program
British Columbia PNP
On 12th March 2024, British Columbia conducted its provincial draw and invited 187+ candidates via 5 various types of draws.
The stream is Skilled Worker, International Graduate (includes EEBC option) for these five draw types. For the childcare profession, 54 invitations were issued to the candidates with the lowest score of 75. For the construction profession, 30 invitations were issued to the candidates with the lowest score of 80. Likewise, for the healthcare profession, 38 invitations were issued to the candidates with the lowest score of 75.
In addition, when it comes to the tech occupation, the BC PNP invited 65 applicants with a minimum score of 113. Also, <5 candidates with the lowest score of 75 were invited from the veterinary care occupation.

Ontario conducted its provincial draw on 12th March 2024 and invited candidates from two targeted different streams.
In the Employer Job Offer International Student stream, candidates from the general, skilled trades, health, and tech occupations are invited.
Moreover, in the Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream, Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP) 11 targeted candidates were invited.
