A new jobs batch is now eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker FSW (Federal Skilled Worker Program) through the express entry system with the new NOC 2021 TEER. Also, overseas nationals can apply for the Canada permanent residence under the FSW offered who meet the eligibility criteria including work experience, in four of the six Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities TEER classes of the new NOC system.
Those qualified classes of new FSW professions now come below the 0, 1, 2, and 3 TEER categories. It means all 16 occupations that are now eligible as express entry candidates’ work experience fall below the FSW program as of November 16th, 2022.

Under the NOC 2021, the second digit of the classification code signifies the TEER, showing that all newly-added jobs are considered TEER 3 jobs. These are professions considered to need a college degree, an apprenticeship training of fewer than two years, or more than six months of on-the-job training.
