In the recent draw, British Columbia issued a minimum of 231 invitations through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program multiple streams. As well, the October draw was separated into two categories general and targeted.
In the general draw that included the tech occupations, 184 invitations were issued via five skilled workers and international graduates in five BC PNP streams. In addition, the lowest scores range from 82 to 120 points. Also, in the targeted draw, 32 additional invitations were issued to skilled workers and international graduates who scored a minimum of 60 points in the draw that targets Early Childhood Educators and Assistants under NOC 4214.
A Healthcare worker draw target saw 13 invitations issued to skilled workers, international graduates, and entry-level and semi-skilled workers, also with the least score of 60 points.
An additional set of ‘less than 5’ invitations goes to entry-level and semi-skilled workers targeted precisely at Healthcare Assistants under NOC 3413, with the lowest score of 60. The number of invitations was registered as ‘less than 5’ to guard the identity of those who were invited.
The last set of ‘less than 5’ aimed invitations goes to skilled workers and international graduates under NOCs 3114 and 3213 for veterinarians and animal health technicians and veterinary technicians respectively, with the least score of 60.
