Recently, Quebec conducted a provincial draw and issued 1011 invitations through the Arrima Expression of interest system.
The February 9 draw targeted applicants from two diverse categories.
Furthermore, the first group included candidates scoring 619 points or above in the Quebec Expression of Interest points system.
Also, the aspirants with a job offer outside of the Montreal urban area were targeted in the second group. In addition, there was no lowest score.

Since January 1, 2023, along with the invitations specified in the above table, the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration also invited 1 candidate to submit a permanent selection application, under Section 26 of the Québec Immigration Regulation (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1, r. 3) and section 47 of the Québec Immigration Act (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1).
