British Columbia conducted a new provincial draw and invited 169 candidates. This draw was held on 28th February 2023 and targeted skilled workers as well as tech occupations. In addition, this is the 2nd targeted draw of February month, and the previous draw that is held on 14th February 2023 was declared below the same profession.
145 invitations were issued to skilled workers and international graduates with a minimum score of 83. Moreover, 18 invitations were issued to the skilled worker and international graduates with the lowest score of 60. Furthermore, 6 candidates were invited to the healthcare-targeted draw with a minimum score of 60.
When compared to the general occupations draw, the tech-targeted draw issued invitations to the candidates only from the two categories. These 2 groups were the skilled worker, and international graduates (including the EEBC option).
